Hi there - I have tried to email info@alternative-energy.co.uk but my email bounces back.
I m looking for two bits of advice.
I have had to switch from Scottish Power to NPower after my solar panel installation - connected to the grid as they would not pay me anything for any extra units I have produced.
According to your site I am able to see I can claim for a ROC entitlement from the web site:
"ROC entitlement, this leaves the energy generator (you) free to claim the ROCs for the energy you are generating "
However the link does not exist on the http://www.ofgem.gov.uk/ site. I have tried to look for the form myself but cannot find it. Can you help at all?
Also, as I have changed suppliers I have had estimated final electricity bill. As I have an old electric my meter is now running backwards with the input from the solar panel. So my last electric meter reading is lower than the last one I gave!
Do you have any advice as to what my position is? Do I have to pay anything?
Have a look at my website at www.solarsogood.org.uk which has some information about gaining ROC accreditation. The forms are on the www.ofgem.gov.uk website at this url:
