The Natural Light Partnership, in association with Chichester & East Hants. Councils are looking at how a single market town could fulfil its own energy requirements using local renewable resources. The results should offer a range of small, and micro-options which can be applied to a variety of towns across Hampshire and the surrounding counties. This is not a talk shop and it is aimed to get projects up and running on the ground in the near future.
